ABOUT THE ROLE
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with site and project managers to plan, execute and deliver civil infrastructure projects to the highest standards. Your role will be broad and hands-on, giving you exposure to all facets of project delivery, from cost control and client liaison to site supervision and mentoring junior engineers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage civil construction projects including subdivisions, bulk earthworks, roads, underground services and concrete works
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules and resource allocations
• Ensure all quality, safety, and environmental standards and procedures are met
• Oversee and maintain project budgets, cost tracking and client progress claims
• Prepare and deliver project reporting and documentation, including ITPs, progress reports and document control

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience delivering civil construction projects, ideally with a focus on subdivisions, TMR Main Roads and infrastructure works
• Strong technical knowledge of civil construction practices and principles
• Demonstrated experience in scheduling and project planning (Microsoft Project essential)
• Proficiency with project management systems (Procore desirable)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a client-first approach
